With almost two acres of organic gardens, we produce over 13,000 pounds of produce including tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, squash, leeks, pumpkins, beets, cucumbers, shallots, garlic, zucchini, asparagus, and numerous herbs that are used in the restaurants, L’ecole de la Maison cooking school and Aspira Spa Café and spa services.

What makes the Osthoff restaurants unique is the ‘garden to guest’ experience with fresh and locally sourced food. Simple dishes made special with items grown in our own organic garden.

The same focus on creativity, flavor and freshness that you’ll find in our restaurants carries over to our banquet menus.  We are proud to offer healthy alternatives to the traditional menu options.

In addition, we offer numerous culinary team building activities including programs focused on WELLNESS where participants learn how to infuse big flavors the natural way.

Our lakefront location and natural surrounding offers the perfect setting for productive meetings.  In addition to offering beautifully designed meeting rooms and ballrooms, we also feature meeting spaces with natural light, outdoor patios and casual living spaces.  Expansive lawns are perfect for outdoor meals and receptions and our lakefront is a great place to connect with others while enjoying s’mores around a bonfire or taking in a pontoon cruise of Elkhart Lake.
