St. Kate Opens in Milwaukee

Milwaukee’s first arts-themed property opens this week. The St. Kate, formerly the InterContinental, says it celebrates all forms of artistic expression, “From music to dance, painting to sculpture, film to poetry and beyond, we celebrate artistic expression in all forms and shine a light on the vibrancy of process, the beauty of progress.”

The property offers 219 guest rooms, and just over 11,500 square feet of meeting space, plus five culinary options. A black box theater seating 90, as well as a number of galleries and exhibition spaces are located on site. It’s within walking distance of the Fiserv Forum and Third Ward neighborhood, among other popular attractions. The hotel is owned and operated by the Marcus Corporation.
