Hilton Madison Monona Terrace Opens New Restaurant

Audrey Kitchen + Bar, located inside the Hilton Madison Monona Terrace hotel, is a new restaurant offering lighter fare and shareables, after-five entrees and a collection of progressive cocktails, craft beers, wine and more. Inspired by Audrey Munson, famous muse known as “America’s First Supermodel,” the restaurant leans in on her passion for art and showcases works from local Madison artists. Executive Chef, Jeff Orr, who brings more than 25 years of culinary experience to the new dining establishment created menus and recipes that appeal to a broad range of tastes and utilize high-quality, local Wisconsin ingredients. Audrey Kitchen + Bar offers a private dining space seating up to 16 guests. The new restaurant is part of a property-wide renovation underway at the Hilton Madison hotel.
